Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the courier's estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us through pribelikaph@gmail.com or our official social media accounts.

We will gladly assist you in tracking your shipment and coordinating with the courier to help resolve any delivery concerns.

Lost Packages

Once an order has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided, Pribelika Lashes and Pribelika Matcha Club are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost during transit, please contact us. We will gladly assist you in coordinating with the courier and initiating a shipment investigation where applicable.
